Woodcox was retained by The Prudential to develop and implement two major special events. These annual events are staged to reward the top sales representatives in the company and to establish and encourage a more personal dialogue between the company and its most sucessfull employees.

The first event was a three day getaway to Lake Tahoe, Nevada. We developed the theme, created all the collateral material and helped to schedule and facilitate a golf tournament, dinner cruise and opening night festivities including entertainment for 200 people.

The second event was created the following year and this took place in Victoria, B.C., Canada. Again, we developed a highly unusual invitation in the form of a Victorian keepsake box which contained china for high tea, a proclamation on parchment and a full color brochure with the Canadian crown illustrated in paint on the cover.

The box was lined with blue velvet and sent via Federal Express to 200 sales representatives across the U.S.
